  • We were very pleased with the proactive guidance provided by the TSA auditor. The additional requirements for Suppliers were clear and concise, and fitted well with the QSF modules. 


    It was good to have the opportunity to give feedback for fine-tuning the process, and the dialogue with the auditor was always positive, focused and reasonable. 


    I definitely recommend certification to other suppliers, whether they have previously been audited by the TSA or not: the new elements feel much more focused on what we do – in our case, providing our UMO software to 24/7 monitoring centres.
