Digital Auditing Platform

In May 2024, we launched our Digital Auditing Platform (DAP).  This innovative move promises to enhance the audit experience for all our Auditees, making it more streamlined and user-friendly.

The TEC Quality Digital Auditing Platform (DAP), uses Moodle Workplace as its foundation and provides a simple, yet effective method of understanding your audit requirements. It provides information and guidance on how to demonstrate compliance and streamlines the evidence upload process. The DAP is a secure, cloud-based system, which can be accessed by your team to work collaboratively, to complete the audit process.

We're excited to embark on this digital journey with you, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our audit process.

Here's What's New

  • Digital Auditing Portal: Say goodbye to cumbersome paper trails! Our digital portal is designed to simplify the audit process, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Pre-Audit Workshops via Microsoft Teams: Join our interactive workshops, where we'll guide you through the process and answer any queries you may have.
  • Tailored Guidance: We provide comprehensive guidance materials. Whether you're a new or current Auditee, we'll ensure you're well-prepared every step of the way.

Your Role in this Digital Leap

  • Scheduling Your Audit: For current Auditees, your Auditor will be in touch, as usual, to arrange your audit date. Remember, preparation is key, so book early. For non-certified organisations interested in beginning their journey to accreditation, enquire here.
  • Portal Access: We'll need the email addresses of up to four members from your organisation who will be accessing the portal to complete the QSF criteria and upload necessary evidence.
  • Training Workshop Attendance: Don't miss out on our training workshops. These informative sessions, lasting about 45-60 minutes, are designed to familiarise your team with the portal. They include a Q&A segment to address any queries.
