The New QSF Journey Group for TEC Providers
Demanding high standards, striving for safe services and continually seeking to improve and innovate
Join a new programme supporting organisations go the extra mile in delivering safe and quality Technology Enabled Care
Why should I join?
TEC Quality’s QSF Journey Group has a clear objective. To support organisations through the QSF process to ensure they are delivering safe and quality Technology Enabled Care.
As Commissioners continue to understand the importance of safe services, quality assurance and continuous improvement, more organisations are seeking to ensure their services are providing excellent outcomes for Service Users, ensuring to put them at the heart of everything they do.
TEC Quality's QSF Journey Group will ensure a smooth onboarding to the QSF, with the opportunity to share experiences with fellow organisations, ask questions and receive support and guidance from the TEC Quality team.
With the launch of TSA's Decision Support Tool (DST) and the ability to use NHS Service Finder to seek Urgent Community Response (UCR) services, the QSF Journey Group will provide organisations working towards certification to the QSF the ability to register with Service Finder and have access to the DST, along with all training materials. QSF certified organisations are working hard to train and upskill their monitoring centre staff on the DST and Service Finder, utilising TSA's guidance and training materials.
