Case Studies

The impact of embedding the principles of Quality, Safety, Innovation and Continuous Improvement within your business and service is widespread. The following case studies demonstrate the different ways the framework can transform and enhance your organisation, and provide a safety net of assurance to your service users, workforce and to commissioners in the procurement process.

See how the framework can help you think differently about your organisation and how you do things.

The Trailblazer Programme

The QSF Community

Certification is available to all organisations that provide TEC services or products. Certified organisations include telecare and telehealth service providers and suppliers, fire and ambulance services and digital health and care companies. You don’t need to be a TSA member to enjoy these benefits.

QSF certified organisations will also benefit from our association with UKAS and the use of the TEC Quality Certified Organisation logo.

You can see a list of all those who have already received the badge of quality below:

“I just wanted to say how impressed we were with the recent audit assessment. We were so pleased to have passed particularly as the bar is so much higher now, but pass or fail the way you conducted the process was fair, transparent and insightful. Your feedback was really valuable and will form a major part of our improvement plans.”

Attending the Trailblazer Marketing workshop was a wholly worthwhile time investment. Marketing for me is all about 'Knowing your customer' and our presenter Eve reminded us that whilst knowledge of the client is essential, the ability to 'Communicate' with your prospects in the language they use, identify the challenges they face, and engage with them to resolve those issues is the route of choice to further engagement!
